The spin attack was something I had to get used to as well, but after 10 stars or so it wasn't an issue and it was good times.
I'm glad you gave the game a chance, and now that you see that "cute" and "kiddy" doesn't mean "lame" or "boring" you should try some other games branded with those labels as well ...like Zack & Wiki...trust me it looks cute but that game will stomp your brain into the ground and laugh at its insignificance.
But first you must concur the 242 stars of SMG!
