Don't expect Sony to fork over its profit margins - financially speaking this will probably be the best Christmas PS3 will ever have. Can't see a 'real' price cut on the older models, but they may discount them to clear out stock.

That

I think $ony will not cut price until 2011 they wanna use this holiday to make some of the billions they lost back but I do expect some bundles with move and the 320gb model.

But, if they are only going to lose as much as they would make back with the purchase of one game and controller, it would definitely be worth it.  Not only will it help keep PS3's momentum high during the holidays, it will also bring in more revenue as new owners buy new games and accessories.

I think this would be a great move by Sony.  The $399 bundle never made sense to me, since you don't even save money (the whole point of a bundle).  So the $349 bundle would make much more sense, as well as be more attractive to new purchasers.  Especially considering Move will be out for about a month ahead of Kinect, so it will have some time to take away some wind from Kinect.  I would also take it a step further and try to make minimum profit off the Move controllers, getting the asking price as low as possible, definitely on the navigation controller.
