yea, seems like there is alot of misinformation out there. You have to be stopped for doing something illegal already, they can not jut stop you based on looks or at random. And I believe the big fuss comes over the fact that the feds feel states do not have the right to perform immigration p[olicy, and it should be left to the feds(boarder patrol) who are told by their superiers to basically not do their job, and not deport illegals. I personaly believe it is time for states to take some rights back, not only in immigration but elseware also. But that is for another discussion. I fully support this law, and I hope every city, and county in CA enacts their own version. I belive 5 or more have already.
