If it's about women oppression, and this oppression is widespread, perhaps it would be better to work from that angle. Oppression of any kind should not be allowed in Europe.

how do you prove oppression when the "victim" is happy and doesnt consider herself as a victim ... meaning, according to me, she is NOT a victim ?

Many people who suffer domestic violence still want to be with their abusive partners... But they're still victims, and domestic violence is still a crime no matter whether others enjoy it or not.
