I haven't seen anything in the way of 360 development dollars shifting Wii's way. Only PS3 cash. Sadly it seems every last 3rd party believes the old myths that MS likes to keep alive. Despite all the evidence (modicum of effort + money + sensible marketing = success on Nintendo platforms).
And no, Capcom did not spend a lot for their returns.
