I'd assume it'll be at least like the Marvel vs Capcom 2 rerelease.  Up-rezed sprites, the works.

I don't play much Street Fighter, but I do play Third Strike.  Me and my friends spent hours playing that back in high school.   It was right up there with Melee. 

Haven't played it much since then, since I never had a copy myself, but I love that game.
