Can I change my answer? Metal Gear Solid 3 made me laugh, wince in terror, stand in awe of it's awesomeness, and almost cry during it's ending. MGS3 is the total package. I am almost positive that if I played through it, even today, I would find something cool that I didn't even see the first several times I played through it.
