Sony's and Nintendo's exclusive games is for the most part very different. Also, Move detect depth, enable 2 hands motion if you purchase a second move and feature a camera for different gaming application. So no, its not something you already have...

The 2 systems are completely different and doesnt worth the same thing. Your right that if you dont care about the extra stuff and what PS3 does that Wii doesnt than your better off with the Wii. But, you didnt word it that way.
