the game started to get choppy and the cutscene froze, but I could skip it and then it happened next scene, yesterday it was fine. My PS3 wasn't getting hot and I've been playing if for about 2 hours. Anyone still getting these issues?

No, and no it's not always at the same spot to the other poster. My PS3's only 1 year old

i could be wrong but it may be the system itself. My lil brothers ps3 like to shut off on RE5 gold edition..the game is a new copy and the ps3 is only 7 months old.
