Would the psn prosper with ps2 games instead of ps1 classics?

Their PS1 software is still having issues. Whether its licensing or something else, the games are only coming out in a trickle, I don't think we will see a comprehensive PS2 library on the PSN until PS4. Besides which, to be honest, at least here in america, downloads of PS2 games would suck hard. Like have to leave the PS3 on overnight to download one game suckage.

But its definitely coming, and when it does, ROCK ON. We may even see PS2 games on PSP2. The thought makes me feel funny inside.

That all depends on the connection.  I mean I can download 4GB in about 2hr.  Also you can always pause it and start again the next day.  Either way even if it takes 10hr PS2 games for the Win!!!
