PS2 had only MANY BEST GAMES.
PS3 now will have MANY BEST GAMES WITH BEST GRAPHICS.
Feel the difference.
+ Blu-ray is still great for MEDIA.
Square, Konami, Namco, even Capcom support PS3. And many other 3rd party developers support PS3. PS3 FTW.

p.s. there were people, which were sceptical about PS2, but PS2 won. So did and PSone. So will and PS3. The end.

@Avinash_Tyagi:

Heavenly Sword is a GREAT GAME.

 PS2 was never in last place, nor PS1, sorry but PS3 is not going to succeed

To early to predict. People didn't even start seeing the really possibilities in the 360 until more than a year later. Before that it was all doom and gloom. Take off that tinfoil hat. Its just you who wants it not to succeed.

Btw, PS1 had a harsh time aswell, loads of the games at the beginning of its life were ports or multiplatform titles. It was very slow seller, untill new original PS only games started rolling in.

 No, its just that you don't see consoles suddenly coming to life because of a few games, it takes a wealth of software that PS3 just doesn't have to reach the mass market, the games mentioned as "saving the PS3" only sell to a very small group, to reach the level of PS1 and PS2 you need games that won't be on the PS3

Predictions:Sales of Wii Fit will surpass the combined sales of the Grand Theft Auto franchiseLifetime sales of Wii will surpass the combined sales of the entire Playstation family of consoles by 12/31/2015 Wii hardware sales will surpass the total hardware sales of the PS2 by 12/31/2010 Wii will have 50% marketshare or more by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  It was a little over 48% only)Wii will surpass 45 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2008 (I was wrong!!  Nintendo Financials showed it fell slightly short of 45 million shipped by end of 2008)Wii will surpass 80 Million in lifetime sales by the end of 2009 (I was wrong!! Wii didn't even get to 70 Million)
