So excuse me if I am being cynical but if FRIENDS sue each other and financially ruin your life, I think I would have to think twice about helping a STRANGER...

Glad people like Seece are around though just in case I do need help, and if I get injured, I can always just sue him :P

That's my point, if a "friend" will sue for someone saving her ungreatful life people will think twice about helping a stranger. Imagine how many lives would be lost if we stopped helping each other? If she wins it will open the floodgates for more cases which means more exposure which means less people helping people.

Which has happened in the past I believe already.. and this is why people are already hesitant to help others, people like Seece apparently do not care about themselves or their family, as he is willing to risk the good well being of himself and his family..

Not saying that that is a BAD thing, in fact it is quite the opposite, I just happen to put myself and my family before others, which is human nature, and I am sure the majority of people would do the same as me, even if they will not admit it, as it would make them seem cruel and heartless.

Actually if you have ever seen the scene of an accident you will see 90% people standing around just looking, 5% probably recording or taking pictures and maybe 5% actually helping.

I mean I would call 911, but that is about as far as I would go unless the person was gushing blood then I would do basic stuff like apply pressure to the wound, nothing where I would have to move them or anything that could cause further injury.

What exactly has my family got to do with it? and I don't care about money over life, not that, that would be going through my mind at the time anyway.
