just read the story, there is something really wrong with this country...if she wins this will change our society for the worse, guess I should get that gun I wanted.

However, if she loses and has to pay that person whatever amount and ruins her financially..

And the BEST part of it is that they were FRIENDS..

So excuse me if I am being cynical but if FRIENDS sue each other and financially ruin your life, I think I would have to think twice about helping a STRANGER...

Glad people like Seece are around though just in case I do need help, and if I get injured, I can always just sue him :P
