According to some comments on that link you posted Destination Arcade can be used with non-US gamer accounts. The app jsut needs to be downloaded using an american account. For those of you outside the USA. Can any of you confirm this? If this is true than thats great news for our fellow gamers.

I live in the UK, but also have a silver US account that I used to get this(I also have Canadian and Japanese accounts), and it works for my UK account.
