Look's like Final Fantasy XIII might be hitting Japanese 360's after all

I find it harder and harder to belive that vs XIII will remain exclusive.  SE going as far as release this on japanese 360's...after the PS version already came out. If there going that far there goal a being a polymorphic company why would they keep VS exclusive?
