Shyamalan is back in the horror genre (his best genre), it's co-written with a great writer (Hard Candy, 30 Days of Night) and it's directed by the brothers who made Quarantine (Remake of [Rec]).

The story is looking good so far and the setting is awesome.

I think it will be great.
