I don't believe I said it were lies? If I did then I'm a true hypocrit. But like MS, they were skirting around the issue and misleading.

Also, I'm really not gonna go out my way to defend sony's charts, at least Microsoft had the ball to make theirs pretty and add wii fit, it's hilarious.
