Yeah, Bleem on PC had a lot of PSX compatibility, but for Dreamcast, individual games had to be coded separately. Playing PSX games at 640x480 resolution with no frame-rate drop and some texture sharpening back then was amazing though. Only with EPSXE emulator in 2004 did PC's surpassed that kind of emulation.
