I'll wait until more info is out on different classes before I make my choice, but man, with each video I watch, I get more and more pumped for this game.

And @Funtime, define "reasonable graphics setting". Most MMOs sacrifice graphics to have higher possible market penetration. GW2 doesn't seem to make the same sacrifice as much. One of the most memorable things about GW1 for me was the AMAZING environments, it just felt so real. No other game has come close to that yet, and I hope they do it again for GW2. If so though, I'd expect a moderately higher than normal hardware requirement compared to most MMOs.

Reasonable would be everything on medium without your FPS dropping below 30 at any given time, preferrably staying closer to 60 FPS.

Right now my PC is kinda dated.

AMD 620 quad core    4 GB RAM     Geforce 9800 GT

It handles everything I play now quite fine, but I don't play any real system hogs. Mostly just WoW, HoN, and Red Alert 3.

I could easily upgrade my graphics card to an ATI 5770 or so, but i think getting any card better than that would be pointless due to the bottleneck created by my old processor.
