For $299 you get the 360 Arcade with 4GB storage, Kinect, and Kinect Adventures.

Why would they bundle Kinect for free?

The only different between the Arcade and 260 (elite) is $GB/250GB and Matt/Shiny finish. The arcade is still redesigned with wifi.
