From the source it seems like MS think they can get away with selling it for that price - so are doing so.

Really, the EU in general has bought a lot this generation if you consider the prices that have been charged, so I don't think it will make a big difference betwenn £100 and £130. It's just MS, like eveyone else, milking us as much as they can.
