Some ppl in this thread were
A. didnt have socail lives at 14
or
B. were super sheltered
we are in 2010 where Sex, Drugs, drinking are part of the normal teenage life. you guys are trying too hard to paint the kid as innocent or naive...in this day in age unless u you fall into A or B it is impossible to be naive or innocent to sex...he knew what hes doing, and I hardly think hed be traumatized or raped or manipulated , considering the relation was a boyfriend girlfriend thing and most likely didnt even see his mom as his mom considering he was adopted and couldnt wait to jump in.
that sentence is waaaay to long at 4 years at best should be enough.
