This seems like a reasonable estimate, but costs and advertising has so much to do with it I think.
Going on a cost of $149 and the minimal advertising I've seen, I'd guess 600K-750K first week. Until I hear the non-gamers I know talking about it, I'd guess it's going to have a hard time acheiving more than that.
I do agree though that if advertising and price are done right...
