Apparently so. My impression of Portal is once you've played a few levels, you've seen just about all that game has to offer. That and I'd rather be shooting people in the face than shooting holes in the wall, but that could be just me.

Actually, I can tell you that you're not. For me, I was interested in trying the first game, until all the memes on the internet made me sick of it. Now, I just see it as insanely overhyped, given that Portal 2 seems to be making #1 on a lot of lists... I don't know whether it is good or not, but I can say that I really don't care about it.
