Since 14-year-olds cannot agree to have sex than obviously he was forced. Also at 14 any sex you would've had with a mature woman would've been considered rape. Like I said, there's no such thing as consensual sexual relations with a minor.

And you're just speculating that he gladly agreed to have sex with her. He went to a consular, so he was obviously disturbed by what had happened. Kids don't know much about anything. That's why there are laws to protect them from people that might coerce them into doing something that they wouldn't do had they been more mature. A traumatic experience like the one he went through will probably cause him great problems throughout his life.

Consenusal sex means both or all parties approve. Period! By definition that's not rape. She just broke the law, she's a sex offender.

My guess is the boy gladly had sex with his mom because she's hot and he barely knew her. If she was a fat old pig like a typical mom this wouldn't have happened.

14-year-old boys do not have the capacity to approve sex. Period!
