I dunno man, i think square might consider trying to bring back sakaguchi, i mean FF hasnt been the same without him. i think if FF13 had his weight behind it, we would have a very different game.
and by the way the real talent behind vagrant story was yatsumi matuso, the world of Ivalice was his creation 10 years in the making since FF tactics and he partly directed FF12. imo FF12 couldve been better than FF6, 7, 8, 9, 10 etc - had matsuno not left. and my point is that i think that the FF12 team got a lot of it right, and kitase, nojima, & normua wasted a lot of the hard work that went into FF12 with FF13.
personally, i'm really hoping that sqaures FF12 team are in charge of the next one.
