..I think each nomination was advanced by a different team... Obviously PS3's CoD4 is carbon copy of X360's version (PS3 offers bigger multiplayer though)... I'm pretty shocked they nominated multiplatform game while they have pretty broad selection of great X360 only titles (Bioshock, Halo 3, Mass effect). Weird.
I'm pleased with PS3 nomination. I would nominate Uncharted aswell.
