Well, I have a feeling that this time around, the sites that try to ignore it will get hit hard. Heck, even a couple of scanlators have given up over this already, and it's only been a week. This isn't the usual "some random publisher requesting their manga be taken down".
They don't care that you're in the Netherlands, they only care about their paycheck.
