I like female protagonists, my favorite being Mama from the Cooking Mama series. She knows her place, and does her task really well...

Ok, bad joke :) in fact in most games where I can choose characters, I pick the females. Like Terra and Celes from FFVI, Momohime from Muramasa, Sheik in SSB Melee and Snake on SSB Brawl.
