In this scenario, Sony is very clever. And yes, Sony lost a lot of money from some bad decisions, but they have overcome many obsticals. All these years later, after releasing with an expensive price tag, they are still in the race, and they are starting to make a profit. Luckily, they have saved around 2 billion in profit from their previous generations and can now, hopefully add to that. Nintendo has always been profitable and Microsft (after losing somewhere over 6 billion dollars on the XboX brand) is seeing profit over the last year or so. Things are going well for the big 3 right now. I just want to see the same happen with the developers, so we can our hands on even more kick ass games. |
