Lol... oh the tragedy... Well it's not really that difficult. I just ignore it, try to keep naughty thoughts off my mind and it usually goes away in unwanted situations. Walking around with a boner bothered me when I was younger, but I've gotten used to it. Plus I'd rather be a horndog rather than impotent.
