1. DC - a system purely for gamers. Perhaps the last system that was only interested in gamers.
2. Xbox - practically every multi-platform game was superior on the Xbox. It had plenty of enjoyable console exclusives including the generations best RPG KOTOR.
3. PS2 - had a massive lineup of games. Perhaps I'm a little biased against it for killing the DC but we can all be petty like that.
4. GC - so few games, and little third party support. If you were not a huge fan of Nintendo's IPs then there was no point at all purchasing this system.
