Sony to use Nvidia Tegra for PSP2; explains delay

so with the rumors of the 3DS being more powerful then the ps3 to handle the 3D graphics without glasses is false? i dont know these reports were from like G4 and so on. and now one source says the psp2 will be more powerful but only 1/3rd of the ps3? hhmmm sounds to me like something is vapor ware and that nvidia themselves is giving out false reports like they have been in the past.
