Wrong. Money is made, or earned when an economic transaction occurs. If I do a job for someone, I may demand compensation. Currency is usually the preferred method.
if I was married and my wife asked for money that I had spare, she could have it. and yes, its not my place to judge how she spends it, if I did that, it would be hard to have a long relationship with anyone ;)
Unless she keeps taking your money and spending it frivolously. You'd be surprised how often divorces happen because one person cannot spend wisely, and leads the family into bankruptcy.

1) sure, but all money was created at some point, also, you assume that I agree with what people are paid for there jobs, which I do not.
2) seriously? your using a rare extreme here? I guess, but then i can just say this to you: it would be that rare and extreme for someone to abuse benefits too, so we should still have them because only a few will abuse the system that benefits the others.
