If he raped her (which he didn't) he wouldn't get anything like that in jail...

That's because:

A. She's not a minor.

B. He's not her father.

What she did is called insestious child rape.

Oh i think it's bad. But not as severe as murder or attempted murder which often get half this maximum sentence.

Then we should increase the murder punishment, instead of decreasing this one.

Yeah....it's a joke as it stands. I kill you, you lose your life....i lose 10 years of mine then I carry on.
