And publishers give us some numbers from time to time.

• Trials HD sold 300k first month and it has been on the charts since then. So 750k today is a reasonable guess.
• Battlefield 1943 sold 600k accross PSN and XBLA in 2 weeks. Most of the sales on Xbox 360
• Castel Crashers (a self published title btw) has more than 1 million player on the leaderboards.
• Shadow Complex sold 200k in its first week. But the legs of the game were kind of small. So 600k might be a good guess.
