You know, we've had our differences in the past, but this I agree with you 100% on.
There are a lot of great ideas that are absolutely fantastic on paper. Libertarianism (is that a new word? 
) Is one of them, communism is another. So was Reagan's "trickle-down effect" that never really worked either. The problem is, you can never expect people to act exactly how you tell them to.
