it provides a perfect illustration. now you need accept that view or admit you are wrong.

No, it surely does not. Making comments about rape and murder as if they are some joke or some chess piece to your debate is childish and immature.

Anytime someone uses incredibly extreme (and usually tasteless) analogies it shows a weak counterpoint because they feel the need to be overly compensating for their lack of argument by making shock comments to prove some absolute extreme.

Youre lack of ability to distinguish the difference from racism, tasteless very serious accusations that are not only illegal acts but traumatizing acts and a game devloper stating a reason for wanting to publish a game themselves on a different platform is rather sad.

and here you are making personal attacks and attempts of intimidation because you have realized your own sad arguments for what they are.

the comments are both extreme and inflammatory.

How am making personal attacks? I feel your debate is weak based on your outlandish analogies and i find that you so easily compare what this topic is about to rape and murder in a racial context sad.

Was i really being "intimidating" in my post? Sorry if i came across that way, i just know people who have gone through the experiences youve mentioned and i personally think its in poor taste to try to use that shock and extreme analogy when we both know there are grey areas to any rule.

My point still remains, he and his company are entitled to their opinion on why they chose to self publish their videogame, you want to argue hes wrong or that i should then be okay with your saying racists things about rape and murder....i just dont find that to be a compelling argument, sorry.
