no not in any significant way at all.....if someone is going to go out of their way and buy a whole new system in order to play XIV why wouldn't they just go upgrade their PC since they can do it for cheaper and the game will be better on PC anyways?  sure it might sell a few thousand systems but nothing worth getting all worked up on, an online FF is far from a killer app in terms of moving hardware, the game does look great though.
