im not sure how this will work, it seems to be more about islamophobia than anything else, the issue is not that they are wearing them, its why they are wearing them, if they are doing so because they choose too, then they should be allowed to, but if they are being forced, you need to stop that from happening, its a very complex issue, banning the burka wont really solve anything and will likely only alienate muslims further and create more tension between them and other people in the countries that do this.
