Don't think I've pulled perfect before but I might have in CoD:WaW (Wii). A lot of games I've managed 40-2 with some assist or high 30s and just a few deaths. Basically, I would get that high because I would die once or twice at most and just release the dogs after my death. I think I have gone a game without a death (not including survival since everyone can only die once). Anyways, I was never able to bring my K/D ratio in CoD:WaW more than 1.88. I am going for K/D ratio of 2 but probably will stick around 1.87 (which is fine by me since 187 is murder).
