And there are also founders who are under 45 that aren't CEO's however they FOUNDED the company, the two co-founders of google come to mind, also the four from facebook, the three from twitter...

Pretty much any semi-successful 'internet' type startup you will find these younger people as CEO's/owners, etc


Oh, and Google is awesome, youngest CEO in the world at 14.. though this was a few years ago, maybe there is a younger one now...

I wasn't doubting that there were young CEOs, I should have probably included "that did not create the company themself" to the question
