Wasn't arrested, wasn't even given a stern talking to. Of course, the lady was sent to the crime lab in Atlanta for autopsy but no foul play was suspected. She just wasn't in any shape to be having sex. And of course, the husband put 2 and 2 together and figured out what happened.
