That statement made no sense. Microsoft published the first game, not the second game. Not much of a franchise to begin with. Microsoft doesn't own the IP and if they do show it to me in writing because its not published by them. Microsoft publishes their IP's.

Well there's this http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Game_Studios

But if you don't believe Wikipedia then there is this: http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/konami-signs-ninety-nine-nights-2

Note the first paragraph; "Microsoft has announced Konami as the publisher of Xbox 360 exclusive Ninety-Nine Nights 2."

I know what MGS is and the Eurogamer article basically just said Microsoft announced Konami as the publisher of the 360 title.

Secondly, look below at the wikipedia link (which you gave) under which party the titles are. NNN3 is listed as a third party title. This isn't a very good argument you guys are throwing at me. As I said, it's not Microsofts and I am sure no other company would want the title even if Microsoft dropped it.

So please tell me where your overwhelming heaps of evidence are that Microsoft doesn't own it? All you have are constant denials all over the place because hey you're "sure no other company would want the title even if Microsoft dropped it." Oh really? You convinced me! I'd rather ignore the evidence showing that Microsoft owns it and take your opinion that nobody else would want the title. Do you have one piece of evidence that isn't opinion? If so, please share it.

feelplus is listed as third party, not NNNII, but I'll play this game anyway. Maybe you haven't noticed, but Mistwalker is also listed as third party. Who owns Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey? Oh wait, Microsoft does. Ruffian Games also listed under third party. Who owns Crackdown? Microsoft again. Frontier Developments listed as third party. Who owns Kinectimals? Microsoft one more time.

Now, do you want me to go on, or would you rather continue this argument based on absolutely nothing but your opinion?
