I approve of this thread. Not this movie in particular but for people who are looking for the name of movies they have forgotten.

Someone help me find this movie. I watched it in the early 90s and I've been trying to remember the name of this movie for forever but with no luck. Here's what I remember:
A dad robs a bank (I think it was a bank) He hides the case of money in a locker and gives the key to one of his 2 sons before he is murdered. One son is an outgoing (funny) repeat criminal who is always in trouble and the other cons old people (insurance I think) He is also a coward and a big baby.
The movie may be old but was full of funny moments, especially when the two brothers finally meet and try to get the case of money.
Does anyone know this movie? please help!
