And about 40% of the users in the NES/SNES Generation were adults, in-case you didn't know this was before the PS1.

And do you have any tengible data to support this 40% number of yours? In case you didn't know, assumptions don't make for very good facts.

I read what you wrote as if you were saying it was aimed at adults. As it, only aimed at them.
The console was made for kids first and foremost. That commercial was indeed to try and make the system appeal to adults. But doesn't say the console was created with this target in mind. Especially with a name like this.

I just meant that it was also targeted at adults, not just kids.
In the video they say that they found 40% of the users to be over 18. I'm not trying to assume anything, sorry if it looks like I am.
