The entire game was just meh. I haven't played a console Final Fantasy since VII (didn't own a PS2 ans sold my PS1 before FFVIII) so I was expecting a lot. Story was boring and uninteresting and all the characters were dull. I had to force myself to finish it. I did like most of the boss battles and the graphics. Easily a 6.5/10
Maybe the Last Story will beat Lost Odyssey as my favorite console RPG.
