While I think its really hard to keep a school locked up enough to ensure the safety of the kids, the teachers should know the kids parents. Therefore a father coming to see his child's activity should be no surprise or issue. My school has a simply check in at the desk for visitors and if you don't have a visitor sticker on a teacher/school worker will stop you. That is good enough. This forced background check just because your a parent is stupid and really too much.
By the way, wtf is wrong with England. Can't even spell their own language. So many extra characters in random words.
