Basically if you know people who are Illegal Immigrants... it's best to get them to go to a Lawyer and have them set up a document that states who their legal guardian should be if they are deported.
For them to pick someone to trust to either take care of the kid, or even just to fly him back to his parents.
Otherwise the law makes it so the Department of Childrens Services takes over, and you'll have a hell of a time getting that child back, even if there is a legal guardian in the US who could take care of them.
Dumb, dumb stuff.
