Somebody's got the right idea. When the odds are so low on getting caught on piracy, most people will just do it, just like the relatively low odds of having sex with some random and getting HIV, or the odds on getting caught speeding.
In Piracy's case, a vigorous effort against the content providers is enough. The run against Mininova did pretty well, though efforts to stop ThePirateBay really went nowhere in the long run.
I have never paid for pornographic material, though. I'll let that stand.
